Brandon Semenuk and John Hall finished the Rocky Mountain Rally victorious after starting the final day with a narrow lead. The pair extended their margin on the final day of racing to claim the top spot on the podium, Semenuk’s second victory at this event.

Semenuk holds small lead at Rocky Mountain Rally

After a wet, muddy, slippery first day of stages at Rocky Mountain Rally in Invermere, B.C., Brandon Semenuk and John Hall are carrying a slight lead into the final day of action tomorrow. The two have carved out a 26.7 second margin over nearly 90km of stage, but they’ll have to work to hold it to the end of the event.

Semenuk and Hall dominate Big White Winter Rally

Brandon Semenuk and John Hall have won Big White Winter Rally winning all but the opening stage of the rally ultimately finishing with a margin of six minutes, 20.09 seconds. The drive was perhaps the most dominant victory of the season, a testament to the focus and effort put in by the team.

Semenuk and Hall steer to day one lead at Big White Winter Rally

At the finish of the first day of competition at Big White Winter Rally, Brandon Semenuk and John Hall lead the event with a margin of one minute, 20.1 seconds. While the pair finished strong, a spin on the first stage cost the team approximately 30 seconds, a deficit they recovered on the second stage before going on to build their lead through SS3 and SS4.
