As far as he can remember, Mikael has always had an interest in the race. He made his debut in motocross, where he raced for 8 years, ranking among the professionals. He had to quit the sport due to significant injuries. Extreme sports enthusiast and interested in the rally for a long time, it’s in 2011 that he participates in his first Rally-X, then his first regional rally!
Mikael participated in four rallies with a Toyota Celica GT-4 1991. During the Rallye Baie-des-Chaleurs in 2013, his third in his rally career, he ranked 5th in class 4WD and 8th overall, despite going off the road and many mechanical problems. He changed his car for a 2004 Subaru STI with which he rode for the first time at Charlevoix Rally 2015. With this vehicle he will make his 2016 season, starting with the Perce-Neige Rally.
