BIA Motorsports is a Canadian Rally based Motorsports team comprising of active and retired Canadian Armed Forces members and family members. Founded in 2015 by Mathieu Ayotte to bring the same camaraderie attained in the military to the field of Motorsports. Members of the team have served in operations all over the world most recently in Afghanistan. Driver Mathieu Ayotte is a Combat Engineer Sergeant while co-driver Tom McCabe is a Captain in the Royal Canadian Artillery.
